Helen Condon Art, based in Cork, Ireland, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

This information is used to process and deliver orders, respond to enquiries, manage commissions, provide customer service, maintain business and accounting records, improve the website, prevent fraud and, where you have consented, send marketing communications.
Information may be shared only where necessary with trusted service providers such as Wix, payment processors, delivery companies, email providers and professional advisers, or where required by law. Helen Condon Art does not sell your personal information. Payment providers process your card details securely; Helen Condon Art does not receive your full card details.
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Appropriate steps are taken to keep it secure.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or request a copy of your information where applicable. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Terms and Conditions
All artworks are original works by Helen Condon unless clearly stated otherwise. Prices are shown in euro and an order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
As artworks may also be displayed in galleries or offered through other sales channels, Helen Condon Art reserves the right to cancel and fully refund an order if an artwork has already sold.
Every effort is made to display artwork accurately. However, colours may vary slightly between screens and the original painting.
Copyright remains with Helen Condon. Purchasing an artwork does not include permission to reproduce, copy or commercially use its image without written consent.
Commissioned or personalised artworks are created to an agreed brief and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights where an artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described.
These terms are governed by Irish law and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Shipping Policy
Free delivery is provided within the Republic of Ireland. Orders are carefully packaged and normally dispatched within 3-5 working days after payment is confirmed. Tracking details will be provided where available.
For delivery outside Ireland, please contact Helen Condon Art before purchasing to request a shipping quotation. International delivery is not currently available through automatic website checkout.
Delivery arrangements for very large paintings will be agreed directly with the buyer before purchase.
Returns Policy
You may cancel the online purchase of an available original artwork within 14 days of receiving it by contacting Helen Condon Art in writing. The artwork must then be returned within a further 14 days, safely packaged and in its original condition.
The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs unless the artwork is faulty, damaged or not as described. Please use an insured and trackable delivery service, as the artwork remains the buyer’s responsibility until it is received.
A refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned artwork has been received and checked.
Commissioned or personalised artwork cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
